Who is this program for?
Anyone in a leadership role — managers, directors, emerging leaders, or people transitioning into leadership. We’ve worked with people from 2-3 years in role to 20+ years. The mix makes the learning richer.
How long does it take?
Most programs run 8-12 weeks. Sessions are 2.5 hours each, twice per week. You’re looking at roughly 5-6 hours per week including prep materials and reflection.
Is this remote or in-person?
We run hybrid sessions. Core learning happens in our Kuala Lumpur facility, but we accommodate remote participation. Most people find in-person better for group exercises, though.
What if I’ve already done leadership training?
We start with fundamentals but move into advanced application quickly. Our assessment helps us understand your background and we adjust pacing accordingly. You won’t waste time on basics you already know.
Can I apply this to my current team?
That’s the whole point. Every module is designed so you’re practicing with real scenarios from your role. You’ll have assignments where you actually implement what you’re learning.
What happens after the program ends?
